I was recently gifted an e-bike and everytime I took it out the chain came off and was jammed between the sprocket and frame. Showed up unannounced at Dr. Cycle this morning. I needed adjustment of my Shimano GRX front derailleur. He looked after this right away. Short test ride in the parking lot revealed that the horizontal orientation needed adjustment as well as the derailleurs’ travel. Issues were both fixed in 20 minutes. Bike ride perfectly after. I bought a bike off Marketplace thinking I struck gold… turns out I mostly bought a list of problems. Kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. The guys at Dr. Cycle service went out of their way to make sure I knew exactly what was the problem, they worked with me and my budget, and they had it fixed much faster than I thought. I was told they might have it a week which would have been Tuesday, I got a call on Sunday letting me know it was ready. Their empathy, process and knowledge are spot on. I will definitely be coming back
