Outstanding experience- brought in a 30-35 year old Moser with original Campagnolo groupset. Since I've owned it (a gift from my father-in-law 25 years ago), it has never shifted into every gear properly, and braking required advanced planning. Words can not explain how satisfied with Dr.Cycle Service. I called these kind fellas an hour before they were scheduled to close. The bike needed a new break handle. They kindly told me to come in and we will see what we can do for you. Got there at 545 and was told to come at 7 closing time to pick up the bike. I was recently gifted an e-bike and everytime I took it out the chain came off and was jammed between the sprocket and frame. Today had the occasion of searching Orleans for a missing axle nut from an "obscure" oriental kid's bike, I had just about given up when I discovered Dr. Cycle on St, Joseph,,, We found the required nut and to top it off it was free. Most impressed with demeanor and presentation of the staff, They are very friendly, very informed and recommend them highly for your bike needs. Thanks Guys.
Showed up unannounced at Dr. Cycle this morning. I needed adjustment of my Shimano GRX front derailleur. He looked after this right away. Short test ride in the parking lot revealed that the horizontal orientation needed adjustment as well as the derailleurs’ travel. Issues were both fixed in 20 minutes. Bike ride perfectly after.
