The best service in Town. Dr cycle is good i was sent there by GIANT the bike store because they did not have the tool required to change spokes. They also corrected the tension in my back wheel. Ive been sharing the joy of riding as you can see in the picture. I am going back as soon as i al ready to get low rider out!!! When in need look for the Blue Fox . Thanks Shawn
I am so impressed with the service I received at Dr. Cycle. My son had crashed my ebike and it needed quite a few repairs . Shawn took the time to show me what was damaged and explain what he was going to do. Dr. Cycle was very knowledgeable and exceeded my expectations. The bike rides great and it was all done at a reasonable price. Thank you!
My poor old bike had been in storage outside for a couple of years. Grass and weeds wrapped themselves around the chain. Chain was broken. Gears rusted. Tires done. Brakes dead. I brought my bike to Dr. Cycle. They brought it back to life and it looks like new! They also PROPERLY adjusted my seat height and angled the handlebar to make it more comfortable for me. Great and fast service. Can't wait to start riding my bike again!
I put a small hole in my carbon wheel. Upon doing a google search I discovered that Shawn was the only one doing carbon wheel repair in the Ottawa area. After sending photos he assured me it could be repaired. Was repaired inside of 2 weeks and he did a stellar job. Very happy with the service and result! Thanks Shawn for getting me back on the road without having to buy another high end carbon wheel!
Couldn't have asked for a better experience. They clearly have all the knowledge, expertise, and equipment needed for any sort of bike repair, including e-bikes, so I knew my bike was in proper hands. Even let me take a look inside the shop, it was fascinating seeing the amount of tools and parts they had on hand. These guys go the extra mile ensuring the job is done perfectly, and tailor everything to fit your needs and bike design. Absolutely will be using Dr.Cycle moving forward.
