Arrived for my 3:50 appointment at 3:43. I was given a billing sheet and told it would be a few minutes. I sat quietly and read, checked Facebook, etc. At around 4:35 I asked if it was possible I had missed hearing my name being called, and the receptionist said no, and that it should be just a few minutes more.
