This dentist screwed up our insurance claim completely with complete negligence. Following up with our insurance, if we had waited 2 weeks the whole thing would have been covered. Here's the kicker - for estimates insurance ONLY communicates with the dentist. The battleaxe office manager says this is our fault (?!) and all requests to speak directly with the dentist have been refused. Too bad, we liked the dentist but AVOID at all costs unless you have money to pay out of pocket when they screw up your insurance claim.

If I could give more stars I would, this office is incredible! Always friendly and very accommodating, I always feel safe and comfortable and know I’m in great hands. The environment is very clean and inviting. For anyone who deals with anxiety or concerns about going to the dentist Dr Rytz and staff go above and beyond to make the whole experience as pleasant as possible. Their kind, gentle but skilled approach is absolutely priceless! I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Curtis Rytz to anyone I know.

I have had the best experience with Dr. Curtis and hygienist Lisa over the last couple months. I needed extensive dental work and both were very thorough and professional, going out of their way to make me comfortable and calming my anxiety. Dr. Curtis even wrote a letter to my insurance company trying to get me coverage for a root canal that would normally would not have been covered. Even contacting a specialist for me!
