They don’t listen to the concerns of the patient. Waste of money if you have specific issues and want them to check it out - was just ignored
I have never had such a wonderful dentist! My teeth are far from perfect and I have had some terrible experiences with prior dentists. Dr. Waites is so patient and makes sure that you are ok throughout the procedures and even came in on his day off before a vacation when I was in pain! His office staff and hygienists are amazing as well! I'll recommend him to everyone!
