Bought a pair of glasses from them and when they arrived I was told they had a strange kind of new lenses I had never heard of before. Found out the girl ordered me the wrong and were impossible for me to use for anything. Was heartbroken and shocked that she would do something so irresponsible. They admitted that SHE MADE A MISTAKE AND WAS NOT TRAINED and the lenses were useless but that it was just bad luck for me. Charged me $109 for ANOTHER eye exam to get new glasses and contacts. Very good service and friendly staff.
My 3 year old daughter had a check up appointment, so my wife brought her along with our 11 month old son, as we had done previously. Upon arrival, she was told that our 11 month old son would either need to wait in the car with someone or wear a mask (we did not have a mask for an 11 month old, and they were unable to provide one). Their solution was to have my 3 year old daughter go for her optometrist appointment by herself. Was late for an appointment due to construction. Called in to notify them that I would be late and instead of telling me the doctor was just going to leave because I had the last apt slot of the day, the receptionist said to show up anyway. When I showed up I was told the doctor chose to leave and he does that during the last apt if you're late. Would have been nice to know that on the phone considering I've always come from a distance and most of the time the buisness is understanding or accommodating to that. I'm assuming ... read more
