I have been seeing doctor Appel for many years now and he is the most considerable and understanding gyn. He is very knowledgeable and always helps me feel comfortable. The staff is extremely helpful and they try their hardest to accommodate scheduling and other tasks.
I haven't been there yet but I had a bad experience when I tried to schedule an appointment. I spoke with four people: first two were nice but the last two were horrible.they need some customer service training. Can't say all here but I can't believe the last one hanged up on me without asking if I had anything else to ask😠😠😠
