Dr. Trinh is my go to primary care physician. He is straightforward with diagnosis and will tell you what you need to hear. He doesn’t waste any time providing your diagnosis including prescribing you doses of antibiotics/medication to receive at Pharmacies. Honestly, one of the best doctors I’ve ever met very straightforward. he tells you what you need to hear. He doesn’t oversell. he tells you how it is and people are so sensitive some people write bad reviews but this is an excellent doctor with great morals never met a doctor like him. I respect that a lot. I will always come here from now on. This is immoral and irresponsible Doctor and staff that I have ever had in my life. He is extremely rude, urgent and does not give patients a chance to talk. The manager lady there is so rude too, she angrily hangs up the phone when I ask her name. Like doctor, like staffs. We are patients , we really need to find out those who really care about us. Don't go to this office.
I have been Dr. Trinh Cuong patient for more than 5 years and my average of seeing him for healthcare is about 3 times a year. I like his straight forward demeanor but he needs to listen to his patient's question more carefully and t should take time to explain to the patient's question. Just for instance, I was telling him about I had some shortness of breath lately and what could be the cause and prevention.
