This is immoral and irresponsible Doctor and staff that I have ever had in my life. He is extremely rude, urgent and does not give patients a chance to talk. The manager lady there is so rude too, she angrily hangs up the phone when I ask her name. Like doctor, like staffs. We are patients , we really need to find out those who really care about us. Don't go to this office.
I have been Dr. Trinh Cuong patient for more than 5 years and my average of seeing him for healthcare is about 3 times a year. I like his straight forward demeanor but he needs to listen to his patient's question more carefully and t should take time to explain to the patient's question. Just for instance, I was telling him about I had some shortness of breath lately and what could be the cause and prevention. I don't know where all these people are coming from giving bad reviews. Maybe from another doctor's office. The competition can play dirty,even in the medical field. I was there today and all I have to say is that they gave me a 5 star service. The place smelled nice, was clean, and they have a beautiful luxury decoration on their waiting area.
