Our dog was suffering from bad injuries from a dog attack and this emergency center was not up to standards. Doctor's wanted money upfront to take care of him, but didn't do anything just mentioned it was going to be $2,800 to start and once xrays were "done" mentioned he had broken ribs and perforated lung. This center never gave us medicine or instructions for care so we left the place and went to our family vet the next day due to it being so late at night and he told us he had muscle trauma by his ribs and no perforation... read more
I would give this place a zero if I could. I was referred to them because my normal vet care was in surgery with another patient. They took my information and told me that they would call me as soon as the Doc came out of surgery. Call back a few hours later and they said they had no information on my dog. And they where seeing patients all night. I'm very pissed off
Don't not let Dr. Elizabeth work on your pet. I don't want to say that everyone is poison in that hospital, but what I do know is Elizabeth is a very bad judgmental person to the pet and to the owner. She works on your pet for other problems with out your consent. And brings you her thoughts about something you didn't even take your animal for. She refused to give her 100 percent attention to the fact why I took my dog in the first place. She got very personal when I refused the treatment she thought my dog had. I paid 200 d... read more
Buster was a great age of 11 and was a great addition to our family, he has been uncomfortable for the last week or so and today became the hardest day ever but thanks to all the staff they made it along easier not that it is easy to make a decision like the one I made today. I just want to say thank you all from me and my family for making Busters last day with us comfortable.
