Crystal Rofkahr was nice to talk to but really seemed to lack follow through. Group therapy sessions and individual sessions were cancelled a lot. I expressed that I preferred in person therapy but was often forced to switch to telehealth if I wanted to keep my session. Or forced to reschedule my session and still end up being seen by zoom only to have her internet go out within the first 10 min of the session. When I let her know this bothered me she was flippant, at best.
I want to thank Crystal Rofkahr and Day by Day for really helping our family. Their staff and therapists have been great! Great communication and we got the counseling help that we needed right away - through the advocacy and care from Dr. Rofkahr! We are very grateful for our therapist too! Highly recommend Day by Day!
Crystal Rofkahr cancels appointments more often than she keeps them. If you are looking for consistent therapy, definitely look elsewhere.
Dr Crystal Rofkahr helped me when I was at a very low part of my life. She helped me through some tough times. She is awesome.
