I found Dr. Broussard for my Granddaughters at the Harmony 1960 practice. She was so caring, attentive and helpful with the girls that my Son and I asked to see her as our Dr. too. I didn't give Dr. Broussard Five Stars, because of a Honduran, non English Speaking medical assistant she has working for her for years now, and she can't speak, read, or write English correctly. Staff I give a 1, due to communication. I give Dr Broussard a 3 for not know how and what they are doing or not doing. Failure to call back when they committed to do so on multiple occasions and when picking up blood test results from frevious week for a specialist I was seeing they gave me results from 2 months earlier. She has been my doctor for over ten years. I think her for thanking me seriously when others didn’t listen. She made sure my health was put first and was instrumental in saving my life. I will never change doctors.
An unethical, scamming, con artist who along with the rest of 1960 FP will over charge insurance and patients by requesting as many unnecessary tests as possible to keep their business running. Hopefully the medical board takes action- see numerous reviews of 1960 family practice on yelp and google where every single patient has the same issue of fraudulent charges and inappropriate medical activity.
