Excellent bedside manner and she's very knowledgeable about my care
I became very ill and Dr. Hines-Mays took care of me with the highest level of professionalism and concern that I've ever received from a physician. In todays climate of "in and out" and people being treated like numbers instead of patients it was refreshing and I'm extremely grateful. She is thorough and knowlegeable and I would recommend her to my closest friends and family.
