BEWARE VETERANS...I was outsourced to this office I was initially seen by Crupi for an cleaning/exam. He advised me he wanted to do fillings an extraction of a wisdom tooth and to do a crown. I advised Dr Crupi's staff I did NOT want to extract the tooth seeing as it wasn't causing me any problems nor was it decayed. I went back for the work and he assigned me a newer dentist with a very small amount of experience. She was a pleasant young lady and did the work in a 2 day span. I needed a full extraction on the top and bottom. Needed bone grafts on the bottom. Everything went smooth. Dr. Crupi and the entire team were great. They made me feel welcome and worked around my schedule. They explained the reasons why each procedure needed to be done. I am so happy with the end results. I couldn't be happier.
i was a patient of this practice for a couple years until i was treated so poorly, i gave up. thank goodness. i went to tarpon shores dental. they are incredible! i recommend you go there for primary dental care. crupi may be great, but i never saw him.
If you are a military veteran using community care do not utilize this dental practice. I have gotten the run around from Dr. Crupi and the two ladies that run the office for almost 6 months now. I would show up for an appointment just to be told the paperwork wasn't correct and they needed me to do their job and contact the VA to somehow get it corrected. This never panned out. I had cracked a tooth and they got in me in right away and they were able to take care of it with an implant! Dr. Crupi and team are amazing!!!!
