They just don’t pick your call. I’ve been trying to ring them multiple times and no answer, whether it was a year ago or now it’s the same
I have a long standing health condition they couldn’t have been any nicer on the phone to help. Long waiting times but expected due to the demand. Doctor was understanding and very helpful
