Dr Laird explained my surgery and healing process very thoroughly. I had no pain from my hemorrhoid surgery and was back on my feet in a couple of days. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Dr C Laird for any surgical procedures. Hopefully I will never have to have any but if I do it will be Dr C Laird performing them
My wife and I have have seen Dr Laird. Over the last couple years. Each time we have seen her it has been a very pleasant and enjoyable experience. She and her staff are very caring. They will answer any and all questions. Very friendly enjoyable experience. And Dr Laird is an excellent surgeon!
Dr. Laird was very thorough. She listened to me and wasn't stuck behind a computer screen! And I trusted her recommendations. I completed all of my paperwork on my phone ahead of time. On the day of the appointment I was in a room within a few minutes. Great staff! Cute office! Overall a great experience!
Detailed and thorough. Explained the procedure well and was fully attentive to my concerns.
On October 10, 2019 I had 4 hernias repaired. The Da Vinci robot was used. Dr Cristen Laird did a greart job. She saw me afterwards. I recommend her for your surgery. She's a very caring doctor, who sits and listens to your concerns.

She has terrible bedside manner. Very rude and confrontational. Will be reporting her to the medical board and chief of staff as soon as we get the family member out of her care. Very disappointed because other family members have been in Beaumont in the past and we have never had issues. Does not seem concerned for her patient’s safety while in her care. Empathy is not in her vocabulary.
Extremely down to earth and straight to the facts. Easy to talk to and most importantly, understand!! Amazing bedside manner, which is very appreciated when you're already nervous!! Would definitely recommend her to everyone I know!
