Dr. Craw took her time to understand our concern and asked all the right questions to investigate. She was just as thorough during the follow-up appointment even though the issue had resolved. She’s wonderful with kids!
We've seen Dr. Craw 3 times and each experience was disappointing in its own way: - 1st appointment: Dr Craw says my child's condition could be X or Y. She's not sure. Then she starts googling in front of us trying to figure out what it might be. The google image searching was very unsettling as we are here for her expert opinion and she's unable to provide one. Had a terrible experience with Dr.Katarzyna Gwiazda, she’s highly unprofessional and completely unaware on how to treat a patient. She conveniently chose another patient over my appointment and made me wait 50 minutes with my *baby* even though I arrived right on time for my appointment. My baby was super restless and cranky as any baby would be because of the unnecessary wait time but the inconsiderate receptionist did not budge neither did the doctor.
