Dr. Craw is a knowledgeable and attentive doctor who took the time to understand the issue, despite the long wait for an appointment after months .However, our front desk experience was disappointing( like another reviewer mentioned ). We arrived at 12:50 for a 1:00 p.m. appointment to allow time for check-in and parking but were met with a dismissive remark instead of a polite greeting. While standing next to the staff, I was clearly ignored, which left a sour impression
