Excellent experience with my husband’s hip replacement surgery by Dr Winkler. All went smooth and his recovery has been amazing. We Highly recommend him and his team
This is the most disorganized office i have ever been to. Nobody has any idea what is going on. I saw Dr. Winkler for 1 minute. Came in told me he was going to give me a shot in the knee. Said to come back after 4 weeks of PT. Never saw him again. Been 4 weeks and still no PT. Said i needed a referral, my PCP sent it 3 days after , so over 4 weeks ago. Still no PT. Took my money fast. Plus, waited on hold 3x for over 20 minutes. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME.
Went in for a follow up appointment for MRI results Dr Winkler wasn’t there. His physician assistant was going to over the results. My spouse asked a question. The lady straight at my spouse and said are the patient very rudely. That didn’t sit very well the office manager was not very concerned about the situation. We left and was still charged for visit and they bill insurance approximately 800 for visit. Never technically got the results from MRI.
Dr Winkler did an excellent job on my knee replacement. I am up and walking less than 2 weeks after my surgery. In my post op appointment they removed the dressing and my wound is healing nicely. I expect to have my other knee replaced in the future and Dr Winkler will be my #1 choice to do the surgery.
