The office seems to not want to be inconvenienced when post op problems arise.
I'm very appreciative of the care I receive from Dr. Boyd, his nurses and the Allied Associates staff. They provide excellent medical advice while remaining open to my own thoughts and goals regarding the pregnancy and childbirth experience I desire. I would highly recommend them!

This medical office is most likely the most organized and effiiceint that I have experienced.
Dr Kriekemeier is an excelllent doctor. I was very lucky that when I first went to the St. Luke's ER he was called in. I also think the whole group is excellent as my husband has Dr, McMorrow.
This surgeon waited 18 hours to show up to consult about taking out my gallbladder, when left alone with me he proceeded to mock and ridicule me then guilt me for using the pain meds prescribed. I begged for a different doctor but since he was in charge of my prescriptions he proceeded to deny me any meds that would comfort my menstrual cramps, so I was left in pain from that and pancreatitis. Dr. Boyd is the kindest person ever. He has all the time you need. He never looks at a watch and he sits down to talk to you. I would do anything for him to be my PCP. Just the most intelligent and kind Dr. ever. He does not judge. He is the only Dr. I have ever told I use to smoke. You just always have the feeling you can tell him anything.
Dr. Kramer was the dr. on call when I delivered. After pushing for two hours, she finally decided to grace us with her appearance even though the nurses had been telling her she needed to come up. After 12 hours of labor, she finally figured out the baby was turned face up rather than face down and was lodged on my pelvic bone. When my baby was finally born, she had a very large abrasion and nasty bruise on her head requiring prescription treatment for two weeks thanks to the lack of attention from dr. Kramer. While Dr. Boyd is a great doctor, I will most likely leave due to his office staff. I always have to wait at least 1 hour past scheduled time. They have also told me to come to their hospital location because I would need an ultrasound. Just got an order for one more than 4 days later. They adjuster end the test and had me wait more than 1.5 hours to see him, without once telling me that it would be a while. When I complained, they told me I could reschedule.
