I chose this clinic because of Dr Vonhoff’s five-star reviews, but unfortunately my experience was very different. The reception staff were wonderful and managed to get me in earlier as I was in significant pain, and I really appreciated their kindness. However, I left feeling disappointed with the consultation. I was visibly distressed and in tears, yet felt very little empathy or compassion was shown. My husband is 75 and has had previous spinal surgeries elsewhere, but needed a multi level fusion for intractable sciatic pain. Dr Vonhoff is a fantastic neurosurgeon, the sciatica was gone immediately after surgery, and 4 weeks later things are looking good for a full recovery. He’s also a caring and personable doctor who takes his time to consider the case, and explains everything to the patient. Highly recommend.
Dr Vonhoff treats you very professionally, always with a high degree of care in mind. The staff are very much the same. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.
