I was really suffering with dry eyes, and he again squeezed me in that same day, and got a prescription to help solve the problem His staff is wonderful and they always do their best to be able to accommodate an immediate problem for their patients. I highly recommend him and his office.
Despite having heard some positive things about this practice, my experience has been very subpar. The staff is extremely indifferent, the “algorithm quote by which pricing is done for lenses in glasses is both baffling and upsetting. Regardless of being offered a 20% discount for not using insurance, receiving the discounted insurance rate, and even using my own frames rather than buying a new pair, the fee structure came out to being about the same price any which way.
