Comparing visits to other practices, and even including previous visits to this practice, this week's visit was 'the best.' Arrived early and was seen then; didn't wait until appointment time. Dr. Thomas arrived in exam room before I sat down. Staff professional, efficient, cordial, and listened to me. Visit completed less than 45 minutes, including injection and call to pharmacy. Next day, pain practically gone.
