The staff has not called me back FOUR times now. They failed to get me a referral for Urgent care which cost over $400. Now I'm trying to appeal it and everyone keeps telling me they'll call me back and it doesn't happen. Then when I call everyone's magically out of the office. I NEED THIS LETTER TO APPEAL YOUR FAILURE TO GET THE REFERRAL IN. TWO peopel assured me the referral would be sent to Urgent care. It did not. Fix your error and please give me the letter.
