At 65 years old I've been in a few medical places. My first visit here and I found it the most welcoming practice I have ever been in. All staff were warm and friendly and everyone who entered was greeted the same way. Dr Layt was efficient and clear on his thoughts. And was actually 8 minutes ahead of schedule. What a great experience. Well done.

Very disappointed with my experience. The aftercare was extremely poor. After surgery, none of the recovery nurses could tell me what my follow-up plan was, and I had to call the clinic myself two days later to find out what I was supposed to do and organise a review appointment. For the amount of money I paid, I expected far better communication and care. 13 years on I’m still livid at the job this guy did. Revision surgeon removed 5.8kg of excess skin literally as a revision less than a year later.

I am overweight, he did say he would do my eyelids but not not my chin, and stated that my weight was the first issue I had. Well I know that, but my face to me was a separate issue. In any case, he then mentioned that I needed to go on weight loss drugs or have surgery, and when I said my doctor didn't approach that, he said doctors don't want to be accused of fat shaming, and then said you wont get a good doctor who bulk bills, which my doctor does, and to be honest isn't a good doctor in my eyes. I had a procedure with Dr. Layt recently. The entire process from booking through to the postoperative stage in my journey has been seamless. The surgical coordinators were very professional and friendly. The nurses have been highly attentive, caring and knowledgeable. Dr. Layt has done a beautful job and has far exceeded my expectations. If I could give 6 stars I would.
