Sure sad that Deb left cant get scripts refilled or even a call back from whom ever took her place Dr. T has been my Dr for 40 years and im ready to leave ..unacceptable
If I could give a zero star review I would. I shedule for my vaccines had an appointment at 4 got there early at 3:45 didn't get into the office until 4:30 and was there until 5:22 and then told by the doctor he couldn't do the vaccines and the nurses only do them and they are all gone for the day. I said multiple times what I was there for and I am an hour away. My time was wasted and I have to pay for a doctor visit that nothing happen at and I waited their for almost 2 hours.
!!!!!!READ THIS BEFORE USEING THIS FACILITY!!!!! Customer service is number one priority, yet this facility lacks that, being distasteful and extremely rude, to a female who just got a termination, and is suffering from sever mental illnesses, who have no clue what the other person is going through, which is why it's advised to be as nice as possible even if its fake, the office manager interrupted us saying "excuse me I was talking" while we where trying to give her information regarding an important situation, I guess that... read more
Overall a great doctor and person. He listens and explains things clearly. He is trully one of the best doctors you could possibly have.
