The first qualities of a good and experienced doctor should be an individual approach, strong medical knowledge, and the ability to listen to patients. Unfortunately, dr. Haifer demonstrates none of these qualities. I visited this doctor 3 times and received no diagnosis and no treatment recommendations, except being told to raise the head of my bed higher. Solved my medical problem in one appointment and just went back for a follow-up. Previous doctor caused a problem and had no clue what she was doing. He was sincere, kind and listened to find out the problem and then had the answer.
In previous years we had interactions with Dr Craig Haifer when our daughter was unwell and I always meant to leave a review. I have never met such a kind, sincere, genuinely invested specialist who went above and beyond. Emotional intelligence can often be lacking in the world of appointments and treatments - this is absolutely not the case here. Seeing his 5 star rating from everyone else made perfect sense, as this was also our experience. Highly recommend!!!
