Dr Marcus will cancelled my appointments, then there’s nothing available for months later, when I’m having a problem with my eyes I can’t get through to talk with Dr Marcus, I leave multiple messages for Dr Marcus with the call center regarding shortages in my medication supply’s, if I’m needing a new script, a prior authorization letter from my insurance provider or if I’m having problems with my eyes due to the medication taking and I’ll never hear back from the Dr to address my concerns. Yes the wait time is miserable but Dr. Marcus is worth the wait. I’m sure if there are that many complaints they will hopefully fix this issue.
DO NOT use this doctor or any affiliated with this practice, unless you want to pull your hair out trying to get into contact with them. I have been trying to call the surgical coordinator every day for the past 2 weeks, and they have not picked up once! They will sometimes return your message; and if you miss the call, they will not try again or pick up when you call back. I'm hoping this negative review will help them notice me, I don't know what else to do!
Terrible service and LONG wait time WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
Dr Marcus may be a good doctor but my mother was given an surgery time of 10:15 am along with 5 others waiting for the 10:15 appt. she finally went in at 12:30pm for her 5 min surgery!!! This is so ridiculous - and so inconsiderate of other peoples time ….. how can you make an elderly 80 year old wait that long?? We also heard it is the same for an office appt - 2hour min wait time?! My mother will be looking for another dr to do her other eye.
