I would give this doctor (?) a -0 even though I didn't see him or talk to him. His PRE APPT demands were ridiculous and I had a medical billing company and I have never heard that a referral is required from Original Medicare or I haven't heard of a doctor's office requiring a new patient to fill out paperwork in their office before your appt. A visit to the office just to fill out the paperwork. Alot of the doctor's will allow you to take it with you and return it on your appt. Not this doctor!!! This doctor(?) read my prev... read more
