Saw Dr Arnette, even tho they couldn’t see nerve damage they have referred me onto the right specialist for further investigations and responding back with my concerns.
Dr Costello is direct and communicates information clearly, which I greatly appreciate. He demonstrates strong expertise in his field and takes the time to explain medical matters in an understandable way. In my experience, he is an outstanding neurologist and, in my opinion, the best in Townsville. I would highly recommend Dr Costello to anyone seeking a specialist with exceptional knowledge, integrity, and professionalism. His staff are also very friendly and welcoming.
After waiting 8 months for an appointment, I was refused care for being 12 minutes late, despite calling the clinic at 8:30am because there was no clear signage at 25 Fulham Rd and I couldn’t find the entrance. I was told the clinic was inside the hospital and to park in the carpark. It was torrential rain and traffic was significantly slower than usual.
