After waiting 8 months for an appointment, I was refused care for being 12 minutes late, despite calling the clinic at 8:30am because there was no clear signage at 25 Fulham Rd and I couldn’t find the entrance. I was told the clinic was inside the hospital and to park in the carpark. It was torrential rain and traffic was significantly slower than usual.
