dishonest practices. i was asked to sign a paper for an upcoming procedure. i didnt have my glasses with me so i asked what i was signing. they told me that it was a consent form. it turns out that it was also a form saying that my deposit of 750 was non-refundable. they did not tell me that and i couldnt see that part without my glasses. i cancelled the procedure after getting a second opinion. the second opinion said that the procedure would not work because there was no cartilage to build on. i feel like dr chappell shoul... read more
