Couldn't ask for a better urgent care/emergency care doctor! Dr Matticks was honestly the best doctor I have ever had, and he and the rest of the staff at The Urgency Room made a stressful situation feel well-handled. Dr. Matticks was patient, listened to my concerns, and made me feel important, all while doing a great job of explaining why I could be sick and how we would go about working on a solution. If Dr. Matticks was a primary care physician, I would totally have him as my PCP.
