My mother is still suffering every day from PHN , 5 years later - because he did not treat her shingles at ALL - he just looked at the rash and said ‘yup- shingles’ from a distance.. he also denied pain management with no history of abuse. Shingles is powerfully painful. And, before that he misdiagnosed a severe tick parasite issue and sent her to the ER .
Dr Grimes is truly a caring and attentive physician. Three of our family members see him regularly. His compassion for his patients is a rare find today. His office staff is doing the best they can during these Covid trying times. Thank you.
It's Friday 8/14/20 I called at 8:45 AM talked to the secretary I think, i asked to speak to Leslie Dr Grime's nurse was told she is not in today I was told the fill in nurse would call me back. As of 3:15 PM no call back so I called again left another message with the same secratery was told that the fill in nurse was covering for to Doctors.
