Asked me twice in a row what my name is and why I was calling because she wasn't paying enough attention to remember what I said 5 seconds ago. After the second time I was told, "I don't think I can help you so uhm... I'm gonna hang up now." She had the full intention of hanging up on me. This was at the behavioral health unit in the ED. So she was going to hang up on a patient who was currently in a severe mental health crisis. Absolutely awful thing to say to any patient
