Courtney Kennel never follows up or fallows thru. You have to constantly hound her to get results of lab tests or follow ups. I have left messages for her for 5 days straight without any response from her. I’ve had it with her and moving on to find a better doctor. Highly recommend finding another doctor. I usually have to recommend to her what I believe is what needs to be done. My thought are that she is extremely lazy.

First love the doctor and John at the front but the others at the front desk are rude unprofessional and unhelpful.
This office lacks compassion and care. Last month at my appt, for an ER follow up. The nurse and Courtney were literally right outside of my room, talking badly about me. Lauguing. And then she comes right in like nothing happened. She had no care or concern about my ER results. She made a comment that their findings are 'impossible'. Said she would request the records directly. And never heard from the office since.
