This office lacks compassion and care. Last month at my appt, for an ER follow up. The nurse and Courtney were literally right outside of my room, talking badly about me. Lauguing. And then she comes right in like nothing happened. She had no care or concern about my ER results. She made a comment that their findings are 'impossible'. Said she would request the records directly. And never heard from the office since.

I was a new patient with Dr Courtney Kennel. The initial scheduling and appointment went well. After the appointment I got lab results that were urgent and needed to be gone over. I called every day for over two weeks and the front desk kept putting a note on my file but told me the nurse would get to the results when they have time. This is the first time I've ever written a review of this nature, but I feel compelled to share my experience. I have been trying to reach Dr. Kennel for over a week regarding important test results for a family member.
