I’ve been going to Dr Singer for about 2.5 months now. Originally I had a pinched nerve in my back, and no amount of yoga stretching would relieve it. To further I was experiencing such limited movement and pain that I couldn’t get out of bed one day: I went to urgent care and they couldn’t help other than meds and bad advice.
