Dr. Porras is a good doctor, and I trust his medical judgment. However, the front desk staff are consistently rude and unprofessional. They make the experience frustrating from the moment you walk in. Additionally, there is only one technician handling pulmonary tests, and the wait time is unacceptable—up to four months just to get tested.
