Was at the practice for years and was very happy with the doctors care. The new staff at the front desk is extremely rude and needs to learn customer service etiquette. Even had the manager on the phone being disrespectful and then throwing the well I’m the manager at me. I left the practice and won’t be back until the front desk gets better.
