Dr. Ford appears to be a sincere, high quality doctor. When I needed him to follow through on the treatment plan he had put in place, his behavior constituted medical negligence. He refused to see for me for 8 months, though his clinic note said 2 months. The result was a worsening of my MS symptoms. Serious medication side effects went untreated and greatly diminished my quality of life.
