I got two teeth pulled and they gave me ibuprofen for pain like that's going to help with anything... I will never use them again and I would never suggest them to someone

The biggest B**** I have ever dealt with in my life. She refused to do a simple filling! Too old and needs to retire. Her hygiene wasn't very well either. She smelt like moldy tacos.

I only got to call the office a couple of times and I am very unsatisfied. I called on a Saturday for an emergency. First, the receptionist put me on hold for a couple of minutes, then she came back and then she put me on hold again after 30 seconds, although this was a short one. Who puts you on hold twice in a row? To their credit they did make an appointment, but 2 minutes later called saying that the computer froze and they could not enter the system or take X-rays and they wanted to reschedule for Monday. I've had many BAD experiences with dentists in my life but that all ended with this practice. Dr. Gross and Dr. Gatchalian (usually referred to as "Dr. G") are usually who I've seen there and have been great for the procedures I've had there. I highly recommend this practice.
