Have purchased both heat pump/furnace and tankless water heater from these people in the last 5-6 years. They were very responsive until about 2 months ago when they suddenly didn’t show for a scheduled maintenance - no call, no show and won’t answer phone calls. Just moving on to another provider and you may want to consider not even calling them in the first place. We now use Mercurio and they actually show up!
Highly recommend!
The company has changed ownership/employees and are now rude sales people who will talk over you. As others have said they will take advantage of you and try to upsell you a furnace replacement! Go somewhere else.
