We very recently had a new electric hot water heater installed by Dr. Cool, Inc. We chose to do business with This local, family owned company for 2 reasons: #1 - We are a return customer, having had Dr. Cool install a new HVAC system 5 years ago #2 - Out of 4 estimates for a new water heater in our manufactured home, Dr. Cool was the most reasonable. Quick and Clean! Came in and installed a new heat pump in 1 day! Great communication and service throughout the process.
Fantastic company to work with. My dad originally had his furnace replaced by them so when I needed a new one for my rental I went with these guys. I can remember the guys name who came out but he was very friendly, low pressure and they came in much lower on the bid than the other company who quoted me.
