Walked in, was seen right away. Never had such a thorough eye exam even though I’ve had contacts and glasses for 25 years! Dr. Cook was so patient, kind, and professional and made sure all scripts worked for me. Five stars! Thank you, Dr. Cook and Ms. Courtney!
I used to go see this doctor for years.... his quality of prescription and his quickness in work always made him a delight to see. However, I had an appointment that was rescheduled due to the Dr. fault (i believe he decided to take off that day) and they rescheduled me after 2 weeks which moved me in to a new month. Unfortunately, My insurance was changed by my company and the new insurance that they use was not accepted by this doctor. I’m very positively impressed with the service I received at vision center. Everyone is very professional. They show respect, patience, kindness, consideration. They are knowledgeable. They work with their patients to meet their needs and to get them leave the place satisfied and comfortable with their purchase. 10 starts to Dimple and Orin, who is the manager, they give a service which is not easily found nowadays.
