The assistants and front office ladies are so sweet but Dr. Jensen is beyond arrogant and condescending. Remember, patients are customers who give the office their business, so we should be treated with good customer service. I don’t know why he is in peds; he has zero patience for kids. Im not being an over reactive parent; I have worked in dentistry with several dentists for years and have dentists in my family so its easy to spot bad patient service. DoctorJensen is really great! He is funny and really good with kids. I recommend taking your kids there. He is awesome.
My child has seen Dr Jensen for years, the staff is warm and welcoming and the visits are always painless.
