Seemed like a nice office space with friendly front desk staff and hygienist. However, our experience with Dr. Jensen was terrible. They have you fill out a sheet about your child beforehand so we did, detailing how our two year old is shy and could use a slower introduction. Dr. Jensen came around said how’s it going and to plop our child on a green mat between us right away. Our child was terrified which happens, no big deal. Dr Jensen and front desk staff rude, disregarding and arrogant! Treating us like they know everything and disregarding our questions and concerns. Had no issues till we started raising questions after a procedure. Daughter had surgery and after we couldn't floss between two teeth. We contacted the clinic to take a look at it. And they brushed it off without even offering to take a look. Saying "keep trying". "You can come in but there is nothing we can do about it."
