Love the medical staff, but office staff never answers phones. Very hard/almost impossible to get walk in appointment.
She takes time and explains everything. However, I won't be going back. This past summer, I had a mini-stroke and called her office. The phone rang more than 36 rings and no one answered, for two months! When I finally got through via the portal she was unaware of a phone issue in her office. In Sept I found out about problem in my brain and contacted her via the portal for a neurology referral. That was 39 days ago. No response even after I followed up several times. Could be her or her staff.
Dr. Gregorie Constant-Peter is a caring, extremely competent and professional doctor. I have been seeing her for 3 years and have always feel comfortable and respected by her and the staff. I have never waited more than a few minutes for my appointment. Her PA, Marie is awesome, and I feel in good hands when I do see her. I highly recommend this practice and think Doctor C.P. is one of the best Primary Care Doctors in Central Florida.
Choosing Dr. Constant-Peter as my primary doctor after moving to Orlando has been a blessing. She listens and takes time to do so while considering she has other patients to see. Her staff are always friendly and attentive.
she's a great doctor but her staff is very rude and doesn't help when u need something i got dropped as a patient due to the fact that my daughter was prescribed a new medication and they were going to send it to the pharmacy i had listed ..I went to go pick it up and there was no medicine called in so i had to call and talk to the staff member to get it sent in again i went again for about the 4th time and nothing was sent in so i had to call the office again and i was told i was harassing them
While there is sometimes a bit of a wait - the trade-off is having a doctor who sits and listens to your concerns and answers all your questions completely. She cares about all of her patients and it shows.
Terrible! made me wait an hour, no apology....Very uneducated or unaware staff
Very knowledgeable about women's health; great communications skills (listens well and customizes care plan for the individual) - makes doctor visits/checkups enjoyable. Takes time to explain medical terms and diagnoses thoroughly.
