Receptionist has a poor attitude to new clients
Dr Smiley has been my Family Doctor for about 10 years. She has always been thorough and honest with us. I would not change doctors for anything!
I've been seeing Dr. Smiley for about 6 years now. She has always been extremely professional, extremely thorough, and an awesome doctor. I see her every year and she never fails to cover everything. I also appreciate the inter-connectivity of everyone in the Mercy Health network. It certainly makes everything very easy for the patient. I would recommend Dr. Smiley to anyone looking for a great general practice physician.
Bad office visit. Rude staff, had to wait for front desk lady to come to her desk from the back making me late for my appointment. Dr. Smiley's bedside manner is not the best, she is very rushed, and seems impatient. I didn't feel very comfortable a t my appointment because I didn't feel like she was listening to me. Overall I felt like I waisted time going to this doctor. I would not reccomend this office or doctor to anyone.
