I met Doctor Cheatam on Friday and had a great experience. I wish I knew her earlier ! She immediately makes you feel at ease, she is reassuring, kind and knowledgeable. You can feel the good energy that radiates from smile. She takes time to really listen to you, is open minded, not judgmental if you had home-births like I did for my children. As a 2nd time patient, I can say that my experience working with Dr. Cheatam's office and staff has been a very pleasant experience. From booking my appointment to being seen, I was helped and felt heard. Please don't let the negative reviews keep you from giving this office a try. Other people's experiences and perspectives don't have to define what yours will be.
I was trying to find a new OBGYN as my regular OBGYN does not assist after the 1st Trimester. I called this office and they stated to send over my previous records to schedule an appointment. I did as requested then followed up to schedule an appointment. I can’t remember who I spoke with but she was very rude stating they can’t accept me and why would I send medical records. Totally recommend Dr Cheatam. She is very knowledgeable, smart and very friendly. She makes you feel welcome from the first visit. She took her time explaining everything in detail and I didn’t feel rushed at all. She sits and listens to your concerns and gives the best recommendations based on her expertise and knowledge.
My reviews are usually very positive I also own a business and I know how terrible it is to receive a bad review however this Doctor should look into hiring professional people who actually know how to deal with the public.
