Totally recommend Dr Cheatam. She is very knowledgeable, smart and very friendly. She makes you feel welcome from the first visit. She took her time explaining everything in detail and I didn’t feel rushed at all. She sits and listens to your concerns and gives the best recommendations based on her expertise and knowledge.
My reviews are usually very positive I also own a business and I know how terrible it is to receive a bad review however this Doctor should look into hiring professional people who actually know how to deal with the public.
I had a great experience with Dr. Cheatham and her staff. They are very friendly. Dr. Cheatham us so sweet and listend to your concerns.
I had a very disappointing experience with one of the nursing staff members, who I believe was the manager. She was an older lady with black hair and noticeable dark eyeliner. Unfortunately, she was extremely rude to me both over the phone and in person. During our phone conversation, she listened initially but her attitude changed drastically when I mentioned that I had sought a second opinion from another doctor.
