I had a great experience with Dr. Cheatham and her staff. They are very friendly. Dr. Cheatham us so sweet and listend to your concerns.
I had a very disappointing experience with one of the nursing staff members, who I believe was the manager. She was an older lady with black hair and noticeable dark eyeliner. Unfortunately, she was extremely rude to me both over the phone and in person. During our phone conversation, she listened initially but her attitude changed drastically when I mentioned that I had sought a second opinion from another doctor. She immediately suggested dropping me as a patient and stated that there was nothing more they could do for me.... read more
Love, love, love the doctor she was amazing and very thorough and easy to talk too. Would definitely go see her again. On the other hand I give the front desk staff ZERO stars !! Being interrupted when trying to explain what you need not once, not twice but THREE times, so much for listening to the patient. Oh and called more than once regarding a medication almost 3 weeks ago and still no medication even after I had to call the pharmacy twice and I still have no medication. Hello, I don’t usually write reviews but I had my first visit here today. I would like to say I’m not sure what is up with the negative reviews but from the minute I stepped foot into the office the staff were so welcoming, warm, attentive & friendly! I wish I would have gotten the kind woman at the front desk’s name who helped me easily check in but she was amazing.
