I just found out I am 7 weeks pregnant and this Drs office was highly recommended to me. I confirmed my pregnancy. Very good news! Made an appointment for ultrasound called the drs office 1 day before my appointment making sure my sister and my boyfriend are able to be in the room and the young lady said it was fine. I recently recommended my very close friend go here for her first baby. I think Dr. Cheatam is an amazing doctor she delivered lots of babies in my family . But With that being said her front office staff is terrible. Especially Sandy, she is rude and will make your doctor’s appointments miserable. Which is exactly how she was to my close friend all because she wanted her sister in the US room for support . And if you don’t ask for the results of your testing they will NEVER call you . I believe she is the manager there, and her behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. This is a doctor's office, and people should be treated with courtesy and respect. The way she speaks to people is controlling, disrespectful, and completely inappropriate for a healthcare setting. Working with the public requires professionalism and compassion. Her attitude came across as hostile and unpleasant. The doctor should consider hiring staff who treats people with basic decency and respect.
This place was horrible they were harrasing me for my insurance before I could even be seen, the doctor came in said she going to prescribe me some meds and I never got them I just didnt even go back place very unprofessional
