I had surgery for trigger finger when I went for follow up I never got to see Mr. Connolly I was still having problems with hand even though the surgery went well my pain was going up my arm to my neck and shoulders the lady prescribed a Medrol pack and said it may need to be refilled and it was every time I got to end of pack the pain would come back she sent me for mri of the neck showed budging disc and stenosis but mild and inpinging any nerves. So this rant isn’t on Dr Connolly. He has personally performed 3 shoulder surgeries. Two of the surgeries were left and right replacement. I have severe pain on both sides after two years of the replacement. Dr Connolly has prescribed me to take Meloxicam. I’ve been on it for two years now. I see Dr Connolly once a year to say hello I’m breathing write a script for 90 days x4 see you in a year. So I have an appointment on 6/11/2024 I only have 5 pills. My experience was fantastic from the first time I had an appointment all the way through to my surgery
Took a family member to him, he jumped to surgery. Took her to another ortho doctor that’s reputable and has dealt with lots of my family members and he’s being conservative due to her age and the location of the break, just splinting for now. Plus the bones are too osteoporotic to put a plate and screws in. I’ve heard from professionals they have seen mischief with this doc. Glad I got a second opinion!!
