This review is long overdue. Dr. Cheng delivered my first baby. I had several risk factors — AMA, IVF, multiple large fibroids, large baby. She managed all of it with so much confidence and assurance. She always took time with us and answered all our questions in a direct way, and we never had to second guess her recommendation. Dr. Cheng is the absolute BEST! If you are looking for top tier care from an OBGYN, she should be your first call. She takes the time to really listen to every concern and her thoroughness gave me so much confidence throughout my pregnancy. Dr. Cheng was my Ob-gyn during my first pregnancy and as someone who has impossibly high standards for medical care, I am so grateful for her care as my provider. From the beginning she informed me of everything I needed to know, ( high-risk pregnancy) so that I can be informed and be empowered to make the right decisions for myself. Dr. Connie Cheng was my OBGYN for my second child. That experience was great. I had also referred her to a couple of my friends who were expecting. They had a positive overall experience as well. The annual admin fee is insane and we figured it was the costs of going to a private clinic. The reason why I am giving her a three star is because I was ghosted by her when we realized the IUD she had placed was mis-located. As a first-time mom, I felt safe and supported in her care every step of the way; from the beginning of my journey trying to conceive, through all of my prenatal appointments, to the delivery of my baby at Huntington Hospital, and throughout my postpartum visits.
