I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice.
