This lack of responsiveness is consistent with what I’ve heard from friends who also use this clinic. The office staff is generally unhelpful, hard to reach, and rarely follows up. I even requested the bill be mailed to me for convenience due to my medical condition, but nothing was sent. As such, I cannot recommend them.
They told me I failed a drug test 3 months after they said I failed it which was a lie I know I didn't fail it. And then they violated my hippa rights by refusing to provide me with the results of my drug test because they don't have results showing I failed because I didn't fail a drug test. They are liars
I have been a patient of Dr Brown since 2007, I’ve been through several office locations and staff changes. The staff he has now is the worst I have EVER encountered in any business. Kaye and Julianna are running that office in the ground and they run interference between you and Dr Brown to ensure that you can’t report them.
