Dr. Brown is probably the most thorough Dr. I have ever seen. I’m 54 and I have seen many Drs. In my lifetime. He leaves no stones unturned! I was blown away at my first appointment because of all the bloodwork and ultrasounds ordered. This gets me answers no one has ever gotten for me over years of pain and suffering. Diagnosing and treating is what everyone should be reviewing first! Dr. Brown has phenomenal manners and definitely take the time out to listen to his patients.
Dr Brown was highly recommended and I have been nothing but let down. I had the same symptoms since day one and he couldn’t be less bothered. He finally ordered test after 6months of suffering and I was told I would be called with the results and never was called the office no one called back. They finally called me to see why I canceled my appointment and I explained because the whole office was ridiculous and explained it had been 2 months and nothing. I love how much all the Staff care about their patients they go the extra mile to make sure everyone needs are met. They truly spoil their patients!! Mrs Kay and Mrs Juliana are the best. They are short staff they stay late they have called me from the office at 8:30 at night. Dr Brown is very understanding and does his best to make you feel better.
