Always skeptical when a product seems to good to be true, but this paint chip repair system really works. Color matched was exact. Of equal importance is the fact that all of the skills I needed to do this I learned in kindergarten. The system allows you to use different provided tools to apply the paint in a way that best suits your own skill level. Amazing customer service. Paint color was not the same as the code ordered. It had been months since I had ordered before i tried it and inquired by email to see if they had a better color match so i could reorder. The very next day they contacted me by email and by phone. Very easy to work out the issue and get the item reordered, which was NOT because of them, was light and dark tints in the same code. More companies should take note of the customer service level of Dr. Colorchip and change. 5 stars all around.
They are a great company. Their customer service rep Lisa has been one of the most easiest people I have ever worked with. She has helped me out on multiple occasions, most recently when I had to get a replacement color. Great customer service goes a long way with me! I was introduced to Dr. Colorchip by my PPF installer 5 years ago. They always paint corrected the car's finish before film installation. Their choice of touch up was Dr. Colorchip.
