They are a great company. Their customer service rep Lisa has been one of the most easiest people I have ever worked with. She has helped me out on multiple occasions, most recently when I had to get a replacement color. Great customer service goes a long way with me! I was introduced to Dr. Colorchip by my PPF installer 5 years ago. They always paint corrected the car's finish before film installation. Their choice of touch up was Dr. Colorchip. We have a 2008 Corvette convertible with a black top and automatic tranny, and red racing stripes from the front down to the license plate area in the rear. The PPF on the Corvette had cracked and faded and looked bad. We took our Corvette to Dr. ColorChip located in Lake Park, Florida where we were greeted with advice and assistance to get the stripes removed by Joe. Absolutely the best paint chip, road rash fix available. I’m super pleased how well this worked on a Corvette C7. And their other products are fantastic as well. The No Rinse wash & shine and particularly the Slick Shine product. I’ve used everything from ceramics to waxes, and the slick shine is literally the best product I’ve ever used as far as ease of use and results.
