Dr. Chris is pleasant to deal with. But the administration side of this practice is disgusting. I can NEVER get through, phones are never answered, requests from pharmacy are never handled - unless you call, and since they don't answer the phone, you're screwed.
After years for waiting for a family doctor I was happy to know I had been finally referred to this location. I called weeks in advance, waited weeks for an appointment and when I showed up for my appointment, they denied that I was a patient there and threatened to call the police, every doctor here should lose their medical license, making people wait years for a doctor and then denying them ruins people’s lives.
The doctor and staff are so incredibly friendly! Very happy he's my new doctor!
Worst excuse of a doctor. Starts issues with ppl and then blames them. The receptionist is a joke of a person, ignorant, intolerant and absolutely unprofessional. You'd be better off having an up turned broom with a bucket for a head for a doctor. Getting 1 star because I can't give less...
